FLUID FITNESS BOOTCAMPS
BOOTCAMPS are going strong at Fluid Fitness Studio! Lots of options available if you are interested in coming in for a fun and challenging workout. Here is an updated schedule:
MONDAYS / WEDNESDAYS / FRIDAY
FLUID BOOTCAMP 9:45am (1hr)
Our bootcamps cater to the needs of our group. While the exercises are challenging, modifications are constantly made allowing this class to be appropriate for a wide variety of abilities. With a nice mix of strength training, cardio, core work and stretching, these classes are fun, ever-changing and complete in their scope. They are also very social, so come ouit and make some new friends while getting a great workout in!
TUESDAYS / THURSDAYS
Boomer Bootcamp 10:00-11:00am
A less intense version of the FLUID BOOTCAMP, this class still employs all the great techniques used in the mainstream classes, but in a modified manner that won't bother joints or exacerbate existing health concerns. Still challenging, still whole-body focused, still loads of fun!
Best For the 55+ crowd or anyone looking for a less-intense Bootcamp with no impact (joint-friendly)
