Group Mat Classes

Pilates mat classes center around the floor work developed by Joseph H. Pilates, and range from beginner to advanced exercises.  Using the body’s own resistance,  a series of movements are performed designed to improve circulation, breathing, posture, and body awareness.  Mat classes incorporate small equipment such as bands, fitness circles,  foam rollers, stability balls, weights,  etc.  Pilates mat 
classes are limited to twelve people.

COST

6 Week Session at 1 class per week $60

***Classes are held at Fluid Fitness Studio. 7-1146 Franklin's Gull Rd, Parksville***
