with Cherece Rosvold

Growing up on Vancouver Island, Cherece had a very active, outdoor-oriented childhood. A love of the outdoors was established early with many camping and hiking trips with her family. She has carried that passion of staying active through her life enjoying activilties such as snowboarding, running, kayaking, hiking, surfing and the list continues to grow. She started taking Pilates in 2002 as a way to help with lower back pain and increase her flexibility and was instantly hooked. With some changes in her circumstances including the arrival of a baby girl (and now a baby boy too!) she started on the path to teaching Pilates. Cherece enjoys sharing the benefits of Pilates with her students, appreciating that fitness can be found in all shapes, sizes, and ages. She works to create a comfortable environment where her clients get a great workout, relieve stress, enhance self-image, feel stimulated and have fun while doing it. Her motto is “appreciate your body and what it can accomplish.”
